leading a Climate Innovation Programme?
Let’s Position it for impact.
areas of support
-
You're launching a new innovation challenge or seeking to scale an existing accelerator programme.
I help you build it right from the foundation: creating selection criteria that identify high-potential startups, developing curriculum and workshops that address real founder needs at different stages, designing impact measurement frameworks that prove value to funders, and supporting you through launch and the critical first cohort. Whether you're starting from scratch or iterating an existing programme, I work with you to make sure the design decisions you make now set you up for measurable impact and renewal.
-
Too many innovation programmes underestimate the efficacy and criticality of communications, content and convenings.
Together, we can develop knowledge products that tell your story and position your work: creating playbooks and case studies that share lessons learned, writing thought leadership materials that establish your expertise, producing programme narratives and reports that demonstrate impact, and designing workshops and convenings that bring your ecosystem together. These aren't just communications, they're tools that help you attract funding, recruit and support strong cohorts, and build credibility in the climate innovation space.
-
Great programmes don't exist in silos, they're embedded in ecosystems that create opportunities for the founders you support.
We'll build the specific networks your programme needs: mapping stakeholders and identifying strategic partners, developing relationships with investors who understand climate tech, coordinating with peer accelerators and innovation hubs globally, activating corporate and government partners who can open doors for your startups, and organising showcases and events that create visibility. The key goal is to expand what's possible for the entrepreneurs in your programme by connecting them to capital, markets, and support they can't access on their own.
-
The programmes you build today shape who gets to solve the climate crisis tomorrow.
Diverse founding teams have higher success rates, bring different perspectives to complex problems, and build solutions that work for more people. Getting this right isn't just about values, it's about impact. I help you build equity into your programme from the start: expanding outreach strategies to reach founders outside traditional networks, designing selection processes that reduce unconscious bias, creating programming that addresses specific barriers women and underrepresented entrepreneurs face, building safe spaces for connection and peer learning, and tracking diversity metrics alongside impact metrics to see if and how you're expanding access.

FEATURED PAST WORK
Expanding who gets to participate in climate innovation
Alex khripko, founder
ABOUT ME
I've spent almost a decade supporting climate startups and building the ecosystems around them. I grew programmes from the ground up, connected climate tech founders to global networks, and worked with partners spanning government agencies to corporates to impact investors. The work I find most meaningful is relationship-driven: building connections across borders, creating space for different perspectives, and designing programmes where diversity makes the work stronger, not just better-looking on paper.
speaking
I enjoy moderating and speaking on climate innovation, equity, and building effective programmes, aiming to create the most human, authentic conversation possible. Let’s chat!
