Article on the Gender Funding Gap

Led research and co-authored a report for Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI) examining why women-led climate startups receive less than 2% of venture capital. Analysed investment patterns, interviewed founders and investors, and developed actionable recommendations for closing the gender funding gap. The work informed Third Derivative's gender equity initiatives and contributed to broader conversations about diversity in climate finance.

Structured and co-organised a workshop at London Climate Action Week together with Goals House on increasing funding for women climate founders. Brought together senior leaders across the climate innovation ecosystem to discuss systemic barriers and practical solutions, creating a forum for peer learning and collective problem-solving.
